Bug Description

I'm installing 12.04 Server from CD and would like to select UTC as the time zone. However it is not an option on any of the menus (or at least I can't find it, I haven't checked every continent's sub-menu).

This bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tzsetup/+bug/262069 seems to imply that this was fixed in Jaunty but UTC is not an option available in the 12.04 installer.

Actually this is only an issue in the intial screen of "select your location" where it implies this "will be used to set your time zone". However a few screens later you do get to select your time zone independent of the location selection.

Perhaps the wording of the initial screen should be more along the lines of "will be used to help guide your selection of time zone and locale later in the installer".
