Bug Description
Reportlabs xpre style paragraphs allows the embedding of control strings as <b>bold</b>, <font color="
The overall usages of str2xml in the rml render engine disarms all these strings by replacing them with xml entities, rendering the xpre functionality useless.
Attached a patch to enable this. It is to the 6.0 tree, but porting should be trivial.

Added a better patch - which enables tag processing for "para", "hx" and "title" as well.
This brings OpenERP RML-rendering on par with Reportlabs documentation -- which it should have been to start with.
