show mouse cursor by pressing ctrl implies not zooming

If you set "Show position of pointer when the Control key is pressed" in Mouse settings then zooming with (niether) Control key + Mouse Scroll wheel does not work e.g. in Firefox.

I have been expecting that boot would work together -- showing mouse pointer and zooming.
