covermanager takes a huge amount of RAM

Bug Description

* Exaile version and where you installed exaile from
- Exaile 3.3.0 from exaile-dev PPA for ubuntu (https://launchpad.net/~exaile-devel/+archive/ppa)

 * Version of the linux distro or other operating system you are running.
- Lubuntu 12.04 x86_64

 * A clear and detailed explanation of the expected behavior

- Open covermanager
- Scan for covers
- Not crash

 * A clear and detailed explanation of the actual behavior.

- I opened covermanager from edit -> covers and started search for covers. Little by little exaile took over all of my 4Gb RAM and 1Gb swap, until finally crashed.

* Noteworthy: I have lots of music files, about 50 000 with about 7000 albums. I only use local files as covers (mainly .jpg).
