qtoctave depends on octave3.2 instead of octave

Bug Description

In Precise qtoctave depends on octave3.2. It would make more sense if it would just depend on the octave packet which in turn depends on the current version.

I.e. I have octave 3.6 installed. I'm sure the version of qtoctave provided in Precise will work together with octave 3.6 perfectly. However, I cannot install qtoctave as is depends on octave3.2 which is in conflict with octave 3.6.

Cheers!
