Bug Description

Gpicview will often render an image with the horizontal order off. With alot of scrolling between 2 files, I can sometimes get it to render correctly, but it takes alot of work. It is easiest to show you, so here is a picture: http://i.imgur.com/u4GgN.png. They are both the same image, the one on the right I kept going intill it showed up correctly. The one on the left is how it looks when I first open up the image.

I am currently running Lubuntu 12.10, with ATI closed source drivers. I thought it might be because of the drivers, but this is the only app that has any problems with it. This is also on a fresh install, just installed it today, as well as having been this way since, beta1 I believe. I thought it was just an issue that would be fix by release, but I guess no body else noticed it, so..

gpicview 0.2.3-2
fglrx 2:9.000-0ubuntu3
openbox 3.5.0-4
