http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/windows-installer says you can choose version but only downloads 12.10

Bug Description
The website states:
With our officially supported Windows installer, you can install and uninstall Ubuntu easily and safely. Choose either the 12.10 release for all the latest software
or 12.04.1 LTS for long-term support.
But if you click on "Get the installer" it takes you straight to the donation page, and then automatically downloads the 12.10 version of Wubi.exe.

Thanks for the bug comment. Due to a last min technical problem we were not able to provide a link to the LTS installer on release day. The feature will be restored very soon, we'll updated the bug when it is completed.
