Bug Description

When Impress is opened by clicking a PowerPoint file in the Dash, the application correctly starts with the file open, but there are no menus. Closing and repeating does not help.

Workaround: Open Libreoffice Writer and leave it open. Then repeat (click the PowerPoint file in the Dash) and Impress correctly starts up with its menu.

This bug seems to affect all LibreOffice programs. I can't open an ods file with Calc, or it has no menu. I have to start Calc first, then drag and drop the file in. Once I get Calc with a menu, browsing the menus seems to be quite CPU intensive.

A little update... while I actually got a menu to appear, it didn't seem to actually do anything. For example, going to Data -> Sort (in Calc), didn't open the sorting dialogue.

This seems like a pretty grave bug. In the meantime, libreoffice-gtk needs to be removed for LibreOffice to be actually usable.

The workaround for #1064962 does not work for this bug. I have tried minimizing and restoring Impress and it never brings back the menus. (The bug may still be a duplicate, but that workaround doesn't make it go away.)
