Bug Description
BMP 5 Police Hospital facility name was added on 16 oct 2012 with Patna district as the location and District Police Hospital as the facility type.
The facility name is not visible in the database and does now show up during data entry. Effort to add the name again (with assumption that it was not saved) shows duplication error.
Similar issue for the BMP 16 Police Hospital was resolved by adding the facility name BMP16 Police Hospital. This is an ad-hoc mechanism needs to be rectified as BMP 16 Policy Hospital facility name may exist in the database.
