Panel loses track of when the dash is opened then closed

Bug Description

The following unity/manual-test/Dash.txt test fails:
Test the Panel does not lose track of when the Dash is opened then closed.

This tests shows the panel will not think the Dash is opened when it is closed.
(see lp:1044086)

Actions:
#. Press Super twice (Quickly)

Expected Result:
  The screen should look the same as if you had never opened the dash.

Actual Results:
The dash appears but it is not usable, the windows below it on the desktop have focus. Error can be cleared by activating and closing the dash slowly.

This appears to be another bug in the nvidia 304.51 driver.

popey, I can reproduce this with nvidia-current 304.51.really.304.43-0ubuntu1 (as well as nvidia-current-updates 304.51-0ubuntu1 where it was originally filed).

That version is no more supported; please open a new bug report if the actual archive found version also has the same issue.
