Bug Description
In 4.1, if the top-level node is a selectable form in a tree view, you cannot select it with the mouse. I have messed around with the javascript a bit, but I haven't got it to work out yet.
Reproduce: Go into iHRIS_SelectByL
Workaround: start typing the name of the node in the input box and you can select it.
