screensaver editor locks up upon opening

Bug Description

I selected a screensaver in the preferences, the program stopped functioning and I had to force it to quit. I tried opening it again after restarting and the computer, and it was the same, so I can't change the screensaver.

Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? What videocard and driver? What program is broken? Could you attach /var/log/messages /var/log/syslog /var/log/Xorg.0.log after getting the lock?
