vandelay: batch queue deletion no longer works

Tested on Evergreen version 2.3 RC1 and on master

When using the new Vandelay batch queue deletion, I select queues to delete and then click the "Delete Selected" button. The screen refreshes, but the queues are still there.

Quick fix is to make the delete calls synchronous so that the window.location.reload doesn't happen until the deletions are complete.

This worked for me:

While testing, I also noticed that the checkbox at the top of the queue list, which I assume is meant to select all queues on the page, isn't working. However, that's a different issue, and I'll submit a separate bug report on it.
