[Feature] Haswell Processor Graphics Support

Add support for Intel Gen 7.5 graphics which is part of the Haswell micro-architecture. Haswell is the follow on micro-architecture to the Ivy Bridge micro-architecture. Mobile and desktop platforms will use Haswell based processors.

The Quantal 12.10 initial release will not include full haswell graphics enablement. We do however intend to SRU full support to 12.10 as it becomes available with the intent of being able to provide full enablement support via the 12.04.2 Precise LTS point release and the 12.10 enablement stack. Current 12.10 status as of Mon Oct 15 is:

 * mesa 9.0 is available in Quantal
 * libdrm is at 2.4.39
 * xserver-xorg-video-intel is at 2.20.9
