hipconf usage on raspberry pi

The h-box will complain about this, but the output somehow as it is from the hip daemon itself. Something as the hip does not run in privilege mode, and so on. However, if I run "add map" before running h-box, the program will output the success message.

This bug is still valid. The project group needs to test h-box on newer Raspberry PI image in order to validate this bug. The bug is quite system-specific, therefore, if the later Pi image does not improve, the bug cannot be fixed.
