Bug Description

http://twistedmatrix.com/ is running on Twisted 11.1, which has this unfortunate TLS bug - <https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/5439>. It would be awesome to deploy a version of Twisted with a fix for this bug, so that we can more reliably serve content over HTTPS.
