No prompt to remove media and press Enter to restart after install

Bug Description

After fresh install of Quantal RC in Virtualbox, did not get the prompt to remove media and press Enter to restart. Had to do a 'Reset' from the Virtualbox menu in order to reboot machine.

The same thing happens after installing Ubuntu Studio amd64 Quantal to a VMware Player virtual machine. I've attached a screenshot showing this.
