show builds in -proposed and removed packages in superseded

Bug Description
ubuntu now uses -proposed heavily for development when the archive is frozen. on the ftbfs page for a test rebuild that doesn't show up. maybe move packages found in -proposed to superseded as well?
same for removed packages, would be good to have these in the superseded section too. maybe add a marker in the line, if they are outdated in the primary archive, in -proposed, or if they are removed.
