Zim should remember the language of the page when spellchecker is used

Bug Description

When you switch away from a page in Zim, it resets the spellchecker to the default system language making having notes in a different language hard to manage.

Has to wait until we move to Gtk 3 -- on Gtk 2 the spell library does not have a method to request the language, so we can't know when the user changed the language :(
