rsyslog imrelp module doesn't do DNS resolve to hostname

Bug Description

rsyslog imrelp module doesn't do DNS resolve of ip address to hostname.
This results in property %fromhost% to be numeric.

This is fixed in upstream rsyslog.
Patch is simple and attached.

Should perhaps have mentioned that it is not a patch sent to upstream but rather the fix they made upstream.
