PGP/mime does not work with thunderbird 16 with enigmail 1.4.4

Bug Description

After upgrading to enigmail 2:1.4.4-0ubuntu2 and thunderbird on 12.10, decrypting PGP/MIME does work correctly. The following still works:
- signing a message
- verifying a signed message
- signing/encrypting an inline PGP message
- verifying/decrypting an inline PGP message
- signing/encrypting a PGP/MIME message

but verifying/decrypting a PGP/MIME message fails with "This is an encrypted OpenPGP message. In order to decrypt this mail, you need to install an OpenPGP add-on."

1.4.5 fixes this issue, and it is in the ppa.
