Bug Description
When using the Gradient tool regardless of the type of gradient the tool never fills the top 1 pixels horizontally
I expected the gradient tool to fill all the Canvas with the selected gradient.
What I got was gradient on the canvas except for an empty 1 pixel space on the canvas horizontally.
