XReparentWindow is not called correctly

There are 2 patches regarding XReparentWindow from the FreeRDP git archive which should be applied to the Ubuntu release freerdp. I have tested these packages against freerdp_1.0.1-1ubuntu7 and they apply correctly.

These packages can be pulled from git, though I have attached them below.

Here is the second patch related to reparenting.
This allows command line argument -X to work with hexadecimal window ids as well as decimal numbers.
