Upgrade to ibus-table-chinese-1.4.0.20121008

The new release contains some minor meta-data addition.
When it is used with latest version ibus-table, the following problem can be really fixed.

( The above bug is marked as fixed, however, it is not a root fix. It just fix the case when the locale is en_HK. Some people just use en_US or en_HK would be reverted to en_US in some cases. )

A reminder, please use ibus-table newer than 20120907 to generate the database.
Otherwise, newly added meta-data won't be inserted into the database and no previous bug can be fixed.
