Power management & idle_dim_time mismatch?

Could you please check whether there is a time unit confusion between:
1. Mate's Power Management Preferences, On Battery Power, Display, Put display to sleep when inactive for 10 minutes
2. mateconf-editor apps/mate-power-manager/backlight/idle_dim_time 10

In mateconf-editor the unit is not minutes. It is seconds (the unit is not indicated, that's a design error). It is set by default to 10, i.e. 10 seconds, which is of course too short.

The correct value should probably be 600 [10 minutes].
