Bug Description

All windows can usually be closed by right clicking anywhere on them. Except the observation windows, it does not work there. Which is very annoying, since having to precisely click on the close button instead is tedious, especially if you are used to just quickly right clicking on any other window ;)

This has been the case ever since the observation windows were introduced.

Wasn't this by Design? Can you scroll in them, like the old game?

Yeah, but it doesn't even work on the title bar.
