Unable to install xfce4-devel: libdbh1.0-dev cannot be found

I try to install xfce4-devel package, but I can't, because package libdbh1.0-dev does't exists.

Message from Synaptic:

xfce4-devel:
 Depends: libdbh1.0-dev but it is not installable

here is dev package

and! here http://packages.debian.org/stable/libs/libdbh1.0-1 normal dbhlib package!

after installing them with dpkg package xfce4-devel installed correctly too!
