Bug Description
When running the installer for Ubuntu 12.10, with the Orca screen reader for accessibility, only the first welcome page is readable. There is no speech from further installer dialogues, and the error "tool kit does not exist" appears, in terminal, for each.
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
