Crashes in Ubuntu packages are not submitted because of "not official elementary packages"

Crashes of Telepathy, in particular telepathy-gabble, are not submitted from elementary OS because they're "not official elementary packages", even though they come from Ubuntu Universe:

Same is true for tumblerd and arista from Ubuntu repos.

Found a fix: just create a file containing "Ubuntu" without quotes in /etc/apport/native-origins.d/

Here's a command to do that:
$ echo 'Ubuntu' | sudo tee /etc/apport/native-origins.d/elementary

We should ship such a file in base-files or somewhere (we don't currently patch Apport).

Fix committed to lp:~elementary-os/elementaryos/default-settings-trusty, I'd appreciate if anyone could test it, e.g. via

$ elementary-install-from-bzr lp:~elementary-os/elementaryos/default-settings-trusty

or from the Daily PPA in a few hours.
