Bug Description

Hello,

When iptables is compiled without ipv6 support, Ufw 0.33 fails as shown in the attachment "ufw 0.33 stack trace."

This looks like a special case of bug #1044361. When Ufw is patched using patches from that bug (r795 and r796), it seems to work, but prints this error message and exists:

# ufw enable
ERROR: initcaps
[Errno 2] [Errno 2] No such file or directory

(by "seems to work" I mean that a test rule is loaded and active and 'ufw status' reports "active" and no errors).
I'm not sure if at this point Ufw can be expected to have done its job reliably.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need to know.

This should also be fixed in trunk in commit r803.

A quick test shows that it is indeed fixed. Thanks a lot!
