Software manager reports that a package is not installed after installing it

Bug Description
I selected a package with Software Manager. I then clicked on "Install it" and wait. After installation finishes (no more actions in progress), the window still shows "Not installed".
How to reproduce:
1. Search for a package
2. Click on it
3. Click "Install"
4. Wait for actions to complete.

ps. I am using the Software manager with the Spanish locale, just in case it makes a difference.
