white borders appear around windows after upgrade to kubuntu 12.10

Bug Description

I upgraded to kubuntu 12.10 x64 from kubuntu 12.04 x64. I found that the opened windows somtimes have a white border around them. I changed several plasma themes and found that the same problem keep occurs. I paste an image capture from my desktop at http://snag.gy/t2dPB.jpg

What graphics chip do you have? What driver do you use with that? Does this also happen with the oxygen window decoration?

I can confirm that this is a problem on my machine with Intel graphics, too. And yes, it happens with Oxygen window decoration, too. The problem only appears if compositing in enabled.

I also have this problem but in gnome. Its too annoying...
