Bug Description
OpenLP osx and windows nightly builds are not announced on https:/
Before creating 'opelp_dev' channel on twitter it worked on 'openlp' channel. Now builds get announced in none of them.

Was actually two problems, firstly the build script wasn't catering to a two digit version number, and secondly it wasn't catering for the portable builds.
