Workspaces don't switch on shortcuts

Bug Description
As you know cinnamon 1.4UP3 was able to switch between workspaces not only buy using Ctrl+Shift+Right or Ctrl+Shift+Left... It also switched between workspaces using system shortcuts, which are launched in SystemSettings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Navigation -> Switch to Workspace 1-12 (this Settings window can be seen in attached screenshot)... The Cinnamon 1.6 has no reaction on these shortcuts, but still switches using Ctrl+Shift+Right or Ctrl+Shift+Left... Turn this feature back, please....
