Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-team/ppa

TEST CASE ID - CAN 265 - dash/keyboard-navigation

Issue: Hitting tab for the first time in Dash Home jumps the control to second category (fails to navigate to the first category)

Action:
- Open dash (Two category headers are shown - Applications, Files & Folders)
- Do not click or do anything
- hit tab
- Observe that 2nd category header (Files & Folder) gets highlighted skipping the Applications category

Additional info:- All other keyboard navigation options work OK, even the tab works Ok in all other lenses. Only in Dash home, it fails it work properly when used for the first time.

I noted that clicking the down arrow brings focus to the correct header. So the issue with tab is clearly a bug.
