Bug Description

Tested with latest lp:mixxx/1.11 r3424 on MacOSX 10.6.8

If you create or delete a playlist or crate - or delete or join a setlog, then all of the said lists disappear from the treeview until restart.

log entries are like:
Debug [Main]: slotJoinWithPrevious() current: 36 previous: 35

Debug [Main]: PlaylistDAO::getHiddenType returns PLHT_UNKNOWN for playlistId 36
