Bug Description
I have seen number of similar kernel panic bug report on Ubuntu 12.04 during boot. However, none of the solution worked for me. E.g. bug 984387 answer 6, to remove blacklist ite_cir model. I checked on my computer, it don't have any samilar model.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Ubuntu 12.04 on the TouchSmart TX2
- Reboot, it boots fine into the graphical desktop
- Install latest kernel from proposed (3.2.0-18 and 3.2.0-31)
- Reboot
Expected result:
- Desktop!
Actual result:
- Kernel panics with blinking capslock light before reaching the desktop.
I asked the kernel to log to console and it did spit out trace from a kernel panic, but all I got were the last few lines in a picture.
This problem appear to be occuring randomly, at the moment, I can't figure out what is causing it.
