Bug Description
Comparing to Jenkins config backup process on a-b, ci.*'s one is much more involved, which leads to less frequent backups and/or omissions in files covered. Bring it in line with what is used on a-b as much as possible. It's still not ideal, but at least 3-4 commands w/o any adhoc scripts, etc.
