Bug Description
Modify NAnt.exe.config to support .NET 4.5 and add it as a build target.
If possible, we should add a VS2012 project with an added config for .NET 4.5. Ideally we would like to share the same
projects between VS2010 and VS2012, but if necessary they can be duplicated.

There's now a VS2012 solution, which adds a set of .NET 4.5 projects and drops Silverlight 3. NAnt now supports .NET 4.5 using a custom entry in it's config file and the scripts support net-4.5 as a target.
