windows should maximize to current workspace

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open window
2) Move the lower part of the window out of the current workspace (see video)
3) Click maximize or double click title bar

Expected result:

Window gets maximized in the current workspace

Actual result:

Windows gets maximized onto a different workspace, above or below the current one.
