Error message is hidden

When there's an error changing the data in the table, the text "An error occurred while trying to load the most common problems." is inserted as the first row in the table.

This is inelegant and doesn't make it clear how to fix the problem. Perhaps better would be an error icon, message, and Retry button next to the filter controls for the table:

    (–) Sorry, the table data didn't load. ( Retry )
