"Edit Connections..." dialog is not spawning

I'm clicking on the option, but nothing is happening. Attached is a video demonstrating the problem...

The same problem for me on Ubuntu 12.04. Some times the dialogs for "More networks" and "VPN Connections" stop to appear when mouse is over (I only see a small gray box instead) and "Edit Connections" window can to be opened by clicking in NetworkManager menu.
