Bug Description
In 12.10, the menubar for libreoffice is often (but not always) missing after launching libreoffice. The problem can be worked around by bringing another windows to the foreground then returning to the libreoffice window.
To reproduce:
1) Ensure that libreoffice is not running
2) Open a libreoffice-
3) Mouse over the menu bar
Expected results:
The menu bar for libreoffice is shown
Actual results:
The menu bar is completely blank
Switching to another window then back to libreoffice works around the problem and recovers both the window title in the title bar and the missing menus.
This is a regression; I believe it broke between 12.10 beta 1 and 12.10 beta 2 [it was certainly before 12.10 beta 2 was released]
I can reliably reproduce this by opening the following link from within firefox. At the dialog asking me what to do, I choose to open the document directly with LibreOffice rather than saving it:

Steve, can you please make a video of the problem and attach it here. We have Marco already working on bug 1026426 which is another libreoffice bug with unity. that bug may also be related.
