Bug Description
Since we have a windows installer now, we should probably start marking plugins as to whether they will be compatible with a given OS, if they are OS dependent. I don't think exaile should try to *enforce* the OS compatibility (ie, a user will still be allowed to enable a plugin even if it claims that it will not work on their OS), but it would be a useful hint for users so that they know what to expect.
