Image in title not correct in preview

I use version 1.4.3 from the bazaar repositories on Ubuntu 11.10.
The attached title is not shown correctly when I press the green triangle button nor does it render correctly in the recorded video.

The underlying box should be shown along the whole width of the screen but only the text is. However when I rightclick the title and choose "Properties" this depending preview renders the title correctly.

Is this an issue of my title file or of openshot?

It may be because I scaled the background image in inkscape. The now attached title has the image prescaled inserted from gimp and it works. Anyway this arouses still the question why the inkscape scaled one is only correct in the properties preview.

Using the first file I see the same result in both the properties window and the main preview window - the 'box' does not fill the width of the screen. So I'm not sure why you see it differently. What profile are you using? Is the SVG in 16:9 ratio or 4:3?

It is 1920x1080 16:9. In inkscape the box is 1920 pixel wide. Do you also see that the text begins at the very left while the box does not?

It's a bit hard to tell - I've attached a screen shot that shows the preview window and the file properties window.

I must have misinterpreted the properties preview. It is also not correctly shown there. I attached screenshots of the correct view in inkskape and the wrong template preview in openshot.
