Bug Description

Installed Xubuntu alongside Windows7, choosing to put the bootloader on sda1 (Windows). After reboot, Xubuntu loads ok, but Windows fails to boot.

Details mailed to boot-repair devs:
-------------------------------------------

I installed Xubuntu with Windows 7. Earlier I had Ubuntu on 30GB partition. Deleted the partition and installed Xubuntu on 20Gb, 10GB is unallocated.
I am afraid, while isntalling I chose to install Grub on "hda" or "dev/sda1"->[Win7] rather than "dev/sda2".

Now when I try to boot into Win7 from Grub menu I simply return to the same Grub Menu without any error message after few seconds.
Tried boot-repair:

Before fix:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/1251480/

After fix:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/1251484/

But the issue still exists.

The problem is that you installed GRUB stage1 in the PBR of the Windows partition (sda1), this breaks the boot of Windows.

To fix it, please follow this tutorial: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootSectorFix
If this doesn't work, you will need to use the "fixboot" command from a Windows Repair CD (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WindowsRecoveryCd).
