Bug Description
Sometimes the global menu doesn't show up in libreoffice applications. Switching to another applications and then back to libreoffice makes it appear again.

I just found that the menu doesn't work when you launch it for the first time.
When I switch to another app after launching and then back to libreoffice it works.
