Bug Description

In Gnome 3.6, Input Source had been integrated into the Control Center, which is very important for CJK users to setup their input method. However pre-release is still stuck in 3.4.2, I think it's time to move on

The ibus bug is bug 1045914.
The gnome-control-center bug is bug 1010317.

Both will get fixed in 13.04 but not for 12.10.

Jeremy, how about with backports or some other ppa enabled? not having keyboard layout changing options is basically a reason not to use 12.10 at all for a lot of people
