Maximized window dragged on the right side is not shown completely

1/ Open gnome-control-center
2/ Go to System > Software sources (software-properties-gtk)
3/ See that the window is shown correctly (screenshot #1)
4/ Drag the window to the right side of the screen to maximize it
5/ See that the window is not shown completely (restore and close buttons are not swhown - screenshot #2)
6/ Drag the window to the left, just to see the buttons again
7/ Drag the window to the right again to maximize it
8/ See the the window is correctly shown ! (screenshot #3)
9/ Minimize the window
10/ Click on its icon in the launcher to make it appear again, the buttons have disappeared again...
