Evolution unusabel in 12.10: account data not used, assistant appears at every single start

When evolution is started, the account assistant appears. When entering data there (for me: my gmail IMAP account), the account is found, but it isn't used in evolution, evolution appears as if nothing was entered.
Next time, evolution is started, the assistant appears again. goto 0...
